Birthday Party at Grandma's

Here are pictures from the party we had at Grandma's house the Sunday following Colt's birthday.
Surprised that it's a Diego cake?

Blowing out the candles.

Yum!

Had to make sure he got ALL the frosting off.

Playing around before presents.

Cassie and cousin Brittany in the background.

The best part about birthdays--the presents.

One of his favorites. He loves this puzzle.

I think I'm a little too animated.

"Don't care about the pants, mom. Just leave me be with this cool toy."

Colt's Birthday

Note: This post is only about a month and a half after his birthday, but I blame that one on Aaron. He left our camera at his grandparent's house. We had not had a chance to go down there until this last weekend.
On Colton's actual birthday, we had some friends of ours come over for dinner and to help celebrate. These pictures are of Colt opening presents from them.
Markers! Good thing they are washable!
A pad to draw on.
After dinner, we let Colton try out his new art set. He got them all over (go figure)! Later, when I washed his clothes, I found that Crayola was not lying. They were washable (whew!).
